The Rosary of Job's Tears with soil from Medjugorje. It is made with grains from the Staphylea plant, which grows in eastern Asia, also called "Job's Tears" or "Tears of Saint Peter."
It represents the tears we shed in times of difficulty, trusting in God even when everything seems dark, like the tears that the great Job shed for the trials he had to go through and his strength to remain faithful to God despite adversity.
